About Paycheck Split
Paycheck Split is a paycheck calculator with one idea: a pay stub should show its work. Every line is labeled in words, every segment of the split bar carries its dollars and its percent, and every figure traces to a published withholding method — IRS Publication 15-T for federal, and each state's own employer's guide for state withholding. It is built and maintained as an independent reference tool.
Privacy
Nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere. The calculator runs entirely in your browser, on your device. There are no accounts, no signups, no cookies set by the calculator, and no form is ever submitted — there is no server side to submit to. Like most sites, this one uses Google Analytics in aggregate to see which pages get used; it receives page views, not your figures. If you print your stub, the printout is generated locally by your browser.

Corrections are welcome — withholding publications change, and a wrong figure is worse than no figure. Email info@paychecksplit.com with the state, the publication, and what looks off. That address reaches the site's maintainers.
The fine print
Estimates only, for educational and planning purposes. Not tax, financial, or legal advice. Withholding is an estimate of prepayment, not your final tax bill; your actual paycheck depends on your employer's payroll system, your W-4 elections, pre-tax deductions, and local taxes not shown. Not affiliated with the IRS, SSA, or any state agency. Verify against IRS Publication 15-T and your state authority.
